MJ88 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MJ88 ("MJ88", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MJ88 platform, including all services, games, promotional offers, and features made available via the website mj88.click and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

MJ88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international online gaming licensing. We provide services to adult players in eligible jurisdictions. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this Agreement, as well as any supplemental policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the MJ88 platform. Continued access constitutes acceptance.

The following terms, as used throughout this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on the MJ88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. MJ88 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age threshold applies regardless of the applicable legal minimum age in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons lacking full legal capacity under the laws of their jurisdiction are not permitted to hold an account.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of MJ88 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information at the time of registration and keep such information updated at all times.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. MJ88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

You must notify MJ88 immediately via live support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Following notification, MJ88 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• All activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified MJ88 otherwise.
• You will ensure that your registered contact details (email address, phone number) remain current and accurate.

MJ88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) to help protect your account. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account.

Access to and use of the MJ88 platform is granted on a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and non-exclusive basis. You may use the platform only for lawful entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk, and you may lose funds that you deposit and wager on the platform.
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. MJ88 does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit.
• All game outcomes on the MJ88 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Bets and wagers placed are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system, except in cases of a verifiable technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that results in an incorrect game result or payout, MJ88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's account.

Players accessing MJ88 from Malaysia do so voluntarily and must satisfy themselves as to the legal position in their jurisdiction. MJ88 does not represent that its services are legally available in all jurisdictions.

MJ88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin). All account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method: RM10 for e-wallets, RM30 for FPX bank transfers, and RM100 equivalent for cryptocurrency.
• MJ88 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• MJ88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Estimated processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow — 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes on business days; cryptocurrency — 15 to 45 minutes depending on network conditions.
• MJ88 does not guarantee specific processing times. Exceptional circumstances, compliance checks, or banking system delays may affect timelines.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal limits vary by account tier.

MJ88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. • Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the applicable period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and Fraud: Systematic bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional errors, use of betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between players will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

MJ88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by MJ88 are final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MJ88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal activities, including proceeds of crime, money laundering, or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, software vulnerability, collusion, or artificial intelligence tool.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software designed to simulate human play or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or the exploitation of pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are acting on behalf of someone who is.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the MJ88 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the MJ88 platform or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward MJ88 support staff or other players.

All content on the MJ88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, icons, audio, video, data compilations, and software, is the proprietary property of MJ88 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the platform.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use MJ88 trademarks, logos, or branding without the prior written consent of MJ88.
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of MJ88 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. MJ88 actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.

MJ88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviour. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

All registered players have access to the following Responsible Gambling Tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which you cannot access your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJ88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform, including as a result of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including losses from bonus wagering.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in platform data, including sports odds, game results, or account balance displays, provided such errors are corrected promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Any third-party actions, services, or payment processing delays beyond MJ88's direct control.

In all cases, MJ88's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your MJ88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MJ88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MJ88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• A request from a regulator, law enforcement agency, or financial institution requiring account restriction.
• Determination that the account is held by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than fraud or prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the primary withdrawal method on their account within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the MJ88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MJ88 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and MJ88, the following procedure applies:

1. Internal Resolution: Players should first raise the matter directly with MJ88 customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. MJ88 will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within 30 days of initial submission, the Player may request escalation to the relevant dispute resolution authority under MJ88's applicable licence.
3. Binding Arbitration: All disputes not resolved through the above steps shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The outcome of arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent MJ88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or prevent irreparable harm.

MJ88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, MJ88 will endeavour to provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the MJ88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
